East West Chauffeur Drive Ltd was founded in 2016 by a family who were tired of the same story: booked a driver, driver was late, vehicle wasn't clean, invoice was a surprise.

We started with one vehicle and a rule — never overbook, never sub-contract, never make the client chase us. We still work that way. The fleet is two 8-seaters. It's the right size.

Our drivers are family and long-time colleagues, not gig-economy contractors. Fully licensed, DBS-checked, and briefed on every booking the night before. It costs more. It's the entire point.
